Terms and Conditions

Bookings: All reservations payment terms are 20% deposit or card on file. The balance is due 24 hours before the event. The deposit holds the vehicle and price for you. 

Seating Capacity: We will not allow more people in our vehicles than they were designed or prescribed for in the vehicle. No one will be allowed to sit on the floor, everyone must be in a seat.


Fares: Our fares include all taxes and mileage. stops, admin fees, tolls, gas etc. Everything is included except the optional gratuity. Drivers will accept direct gratuity via cash, card or if available various payment apps.

Cancellation Policy for Sedans, SUVs, and Sprinters and strech limousines:

Cancellation within 3 hours before the pick-up time will incur a 100% charge. Sprinters require a 12-hour cancellation notice.

No Show Policy:

A 100% charge will be applied for no-shows.

Gratuity: While there has always been a standard for showing gratitude for good service with tips, gratuity has evolved into an important piece of a service professional’s compensation. A typical day for a limo driver includes cleaning the inside and outside of the vehicle, stocking the vehicle, driving to and from pickup locations, waiting for riders, helping passengers with personal items, monitoring travel times to make sure riders reach their destinations on time, and dealing with traffic so you don’t have to.


Gratuity and tips are not included in the fare but are encouraged for good service. We add 15% gratuity on all bus, motor coach, prom and wedding transportation. As for how much you should tip, the rule of thumb is 15% for the service you are happy with. You should consider tipping beyond 15% for exceptional service.


This shows your driver that you truly appreciate the extra attention and care that they have given you during your service. The bonus for repeat customers is that, as a good tipper, you will be remembered and can anticipate that same level of exceptional service in the future from a driver who knows you appreciate what they do.


Limo drivers are service industry professionals who treat their customers with courtesy and care. Reward and encourage excellent service with a tip. Your limo service experience will thank you! 


Wait Time Policy:

Complimentary wait time and no-shows :

Domestic flights: 30 minutes at the airport.
International flights: 60 minutes after landing.
Other locations: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
Gratuity Is Not Included. It Is At Your Discretion.

Vehicle Assignment:

Reliable Transportation llc undertakes to provide a vehicle and chauffeur at the agreed time, date, and location (additional hours subject to availability). The number of passengers shall not exceed the available seat belts.

Reliable Transportation llc reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle of equal or greater value due to mechanical issues or scheduling conflicts. If a reserved vehicle model is unavailable, a comparable vehicle or upgrade will be offered. Reliable Transportation llc also reserves the right to subcontract reservations to other qualified, licensed, and insured transportation companies.

Delays:

Reliable Transportation llcwill endeavor to ensure vehicles arrive before the scheduled pick-up time. However, Reliable Transportation llcshall not be liable for delays caused by factors such as acts of nature, civil unrest, unforeseen street closures, accidents, incorrect pick-up/drop-off information, or other situations beyond our control, including extreme weather and unsafe road conditions. Passengers are advised to consult with airlines for recommended arrival times before flights.

Reliable Transportation llcwill only refund the cost of services booked with Reliable Transportation llc and will not compensate passengers for missed flights, hotel stays, rebooking fees, or associated costs.

Pickup/ Dropoff Locations: 
We will only drop off and pick up at safe locations to do so. If we deem a location not safe to pick up at we may have to pick up down the street or the area closest to the safe pickup. The same is for the drop-off applies. This however is a very rare occurrence but can happen. Our customer's safety and our vehicles and drivers are utmost important to us. 

 


Drugs, Alcohol and Illegal Substances:

    Our vehicles are adult beverage friendly 
    We strictly enforce government regulations regarding the use of drugs and alcohol
    Zero tolerance policy involving the consumption of alcohol under the legal drinking age of 21
    Use of illegal drugs will also result in immediate termination of services with no refund.

Smoking: There is no smoking of any kind in any of our vehicles.

Cleaning/Damage Fees:

    $300 cleaning due to sickness and $25 per broken/missing glassware
    $250 (minimum) for damaged CD/DVD/Radio Unit/TV or any other electronic device $25 missing AUX cable
    $50 cleaning due to excessive food mess at our discretion
    $300 (minimum) for rips or tear to upholstery/leather
    $150 for ripping tint off windows
    $100 cleaning fee for any kind of smoking

Damages Resulting From Your Act:

Reliable Transportation llc will charge you the cost of cleaning the vehicle as a result of you or your authorized party Getting Sick in or damaging the vehicle. You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition.
If the vehicle is put out of commission due to damages resulting from your party you will be responsible for compensating Reliable Transportation llc for lost revenue until the vehicle is returned to service.

 

Damage to Vehicle:

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in trip termination, and Reliable Transportation llcwill not be liable. Vehicles are cleaned and inspected before each engagement. Clients are responsible for any cleaning or repairs necessitated by negligence or disregard by themselves or their guests. The client assumes liability for all passengers.

Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning or cleaning due to bodily fluids will incur a minimum fee of $250 and may result in immediate reservation termination. Other damages will be charged at the full cost of repairs, carried out at the dealership.

Lost Items:

Reliable Transportation llc is not liable for items left in vehicles. Please inspect the vehicle at the end of the service.
